What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All our orders will be shipped at a flat rate of $30.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Our payment methods include; Bank Transfer, Zelle (United States Only), Bitcoins and MoneyGram.

How long will delivery take?

Shipping takes 3 to 5 days within the United States and upto 7 days out of the United States. Please note; shipping time may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances due to COVID-19.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, you will sent an email address or text message by our sales team. Please ensure to check your inbox or spam folders for our emails. You will be sent our payment details for you to complete payment. We shall proceed with the registration of your package ONLY after completion of your payment. 

Do I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed with the registration of your package which may take upto 24 hours after confirmation of payment. As soon as your package is registered, you will sent via email your tracking number. You can get to us anytime through email by filling in the contact form or start a live chat.
